1. How do I get help on this system?
The user guide is avaialable here.
You can also call us at 702-434-6627 if you have any problems.

2. Why do I have to use this system?
You don't - we will still schedule by phone at 434-6627.

3. Why do I have to use Internet Explorer?
This is because some browsers don't support frame-based layouts.

4. After I registered no projects where assigned.
This is either because the Job Start hasn't been approved
or our records are not up to date. You can click Add Company Record
to help us update our records.

5. How do I know if my request has been scheduled?
After your request has been scheduled you will be sent an email
confirming scheduled inspection. Please call us if you don't
receive email notifications.

6. Who is Boyd ?
Boyd Duchene supervises our Developer Inspector's and would like to hear
